Ok, so I do graphics. Nothing fancy because frankly i don't own photoshop. It's not spectacular, but I do what needs to be done. =)

oo1. I don't mind hotlinking. But just for the person I made it for. If you're gonna take it that's fine, I don't even care if you tell me. But please don't hotlink
oo2. You may only want a banner, but because I'm slightly OCD I need to make an icon with it. You don't have to use it, but for example purposes I will make an icon.
oo3. I don't have any smancy fancy form. Just give me some pictures or who your playby is, what text and if you have any other specifications. I'm not picky.
